Terms of Service

What KhalasSave does

KhalasSave helps you work out the best way to pay at a shop in the UAE by comparing the credit cards and discount app memberships you tell us you have. We show you an estimated saving for a bill amount you choose.

KhalasSave is an information service. We are not a bank, a finance company, a broker, or a payment provider, and we do not process any payment.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use KhalasSave. The offers we list are for the United Arab Emirates, so the app is of little use elsewhere.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email, with an Apple, Google or Facebook account, or as a guest.

Keep access to your phone number, email address and social accounts secure, because anyone who controls them can sign in as you. A guest session lives only on that device: if you delete the app or sign out, the wallet and profile in it cannot be recovered.

Offers are estimates, not guarantees

We collect card cashback rates and discount app offers from public sources such as bank websites, published terms and programme sites, and we keep them as current as we reasonably can. Even so:

  • Banks and programmes change or withdraw offers without notice.
  • Cashback usually has monthly caps, minimum spends and other conditions that our figures may not fully capture.
  • Banks categorise spending by the merchant category code of the payment terminal, so a shop may not earn the rate its category suggests.
  • Where we mark an offer “Estimated”, it is member-reported and unverified.

Always check the current terms with your bank or the programme before relying on a saving. The amounts in KhalasSave are indicative and we do not guarantee you will receive them.

Not financial advice

Nothing in KhalasSave is financial, credit or tax advice, or a recommendation to apply for any product. Whether a credit card or paid membership suits you depends on your own circumstances. Any decision you make is yours.

When we show a card you do not have, we may link to the issuing bank’s own application page. We may be paid a commission if you apply through that link. This never affects the ranking you see: recommendations are ordered purely by the saving our engine calculates for your bill.

Using the app fairly

Please do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute our offer data, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access that does any of these.

Availability and changes

KhalasSave is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not promise the service will always be available or error-free.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a saving you did not receive, an offer that changed, a card you applied for, or the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use KhalasSave after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
